At Asta Jewellers, we take great care in packaging and dispatching every order to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked services. The following options are available at checkout:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48® — estimated delivery in 2-3 business days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24® — estimated delivery in 1-2 business days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24® with Signature — estimated next-day delivery, signature required upon receipt
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com.
